Yes. Every Ember Roofing technician is fully licensed and insured. They undergo thorough training and background checks to ensure professional, safe service at your property every time.
Why invest in a maintenance plan if my roof looks fine? ⌄
The most costly repairs are the ones that go undetected. Texas weather puts constant stress on your property year-round. A maintenance plan catches small issues like cracked caulk, failing pipe boots and loose flashing before they become significant problems.

We don't chase storms. We build relationships before they happen. When severe weather comes through your area, you already have a trusted team who knows your roof's history and can walk you through the entire process with confidence.
What happens during my first service visit? ⌄
We conduct a full drone inspection, document all critical areas with close-up photography, complete any caulking or sealing your roof requires, and deliver a detailed report to your phone the same day. If your plan includes an attic inspection, that is completed during the same visit.
What qualifies as a complimentary storm assessment visit? ⌄
Any confirmed hail event or sustained winds over 35 mph in your area qualifies. Rain-only events do not trigger an assessment visit. A properly maintained roof is built to handle Texas rainfall without issue.
How does billing work? ⌄
All plans are billed monthly so you are never hit with a large upfront charge. You authorize a recurring monthly payment at the time of signup. Plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice at any time.
